Hawkins Personnel is a csr temp agency in San Antonio which has Multiple Call Center CSR’s needed for a variety of customers. Some positions are remote and others are in the call center. Some of the positions are CSR’s to assist customers with State Benefits for Dental & Medical such as CHIP/Medicaid/SNAP, Banking Help Desk and Welcome Calls, Standardized School Testing Help Desk/Trouble Shooting problems teachers and parent are having regarding technical issues. In addition, some of these are temporary, temp-to-hire and project based.
You must be available to work a 40 hour workweek between the hours of 6AM and 8PM Monday-Friday We are looking for 6 months to a year customer service experience, call center preferred. Must have a HS Diploma or GED, consent to a criminal background check and a drug screen. Some positions are remote and others must report the call center. Some offer full benefits such as holiday and vacation and others require you to wait until you go on permanent. We have several to choose from! We need English Reps., Spanish, French, Arabic, Swahili, Vietnamese, Mandarin Chinese.
